Biographical Info

I am an explorer of all things. Filled with endless curiosity and always seeking greater understanding. I am the mom of 2 wickedly smart men. A life partner to my amazing husband and fellow Lifebook Leader Rob.

I am a corporate executive with over 25 years of sales, program management and leadership. I have a passion for wellness and inclusion and are now combining these varied interests through Lifebook and in service to my community.

In addition to being a Certified Lifebook Leader, I am Nia Certified Instructor. Nia is a holistic movement and wellness practice, emphasizing somatic movement for the mind, body and soul.
